XAYN approached me because they needed small animated illustrations for their newsfeed app.
For certain outcomes of the search results, these animations would appear—such as "nothing found," "oops, something went wrong," or "still searching." The special challenge was to convert them all into the JSON format so that the files would be very small. This imposed quite a few restrictions on the animation process.
